Brooke Gallagher
AI Training and Consultancy for Arts and Cultural Organisations

AI training that sticks.

I help your teams understand how to get the most out of AI and build long-term organisational capability.

Standard Packages

The packages below follow a natural suggested progression based on my experience. However, AI literacy, training and implementation defy a one-size-fits-all approach. Get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

Package One

AI Literacy, Foundations and Training

A focused half-day session that builds AI confidence and skills. We cover the core concepts, optimise your tools, work through prompting frameworks together, and everyone walks away having built some useful workflows or tools.

What's included:

  • Pre-session survey and planning call
  • Custom content tailored to your organisation
  • On-site or remote delivery
  • Resource pack and session summary

Best for: Teams who want to build confidence, consistency or improve the quality and accuracy of AI outputs

Package Two

AI Workflow Deep Dive and Building

A deeper dive session that moves from general skills building to your specific workflows. We map where AI can save the most time, build tailored prompts and processes for your team's real work, and identify the strongest candidates for pilot experiments.

What's included:

  • Refresher and progress check
  • Workflow mapping and hands-on building
  • On-site or remote delivery
  • Resource pack, session summary and recommendations

Best for: Teams who already know how to optimise setup, prompt effectively, and organise projects for high-quality outputs

Package Three

AI Pilot Programme and Support

Structured support to turn your best ideas into embedded ways of working. I work directly with your pilot leads through regular check-ins, troubleshooting, and iterative refinement, until the new workflows are documented, tested and evaluated.

What's included:

  • Project kick off and regular calls
  • Targeted upskilling for your leads
  • Documented processes and success metrics
  • Final report and recommendations

Best for: High performing teams ready to move from everyday AI use to building and experimenting

I also offer personalised 1:1 AI coaching for managers, leaders, and solopreneurs who want to build their own capability at pace, structured around your specific role, tools, and goals. Find out more

About Brooke

Brooke Gallagher presenting at an AI training session

I've spent 20 years in the arts, cultural and software sectors, bridging the gap between humanity and technology. My career has always involved empowering people to make the most of the tools at their disposal, whether that was at the National Theatre, Tessitura Network or Spektrix.

I started working with teams and individuals on AI because I kept seeing the same pattern - smart, capable people with access to powerful tools, held back by a lack of confidence and a lack of conceptual understanding. My approach builds both.

To date I have trained hundreds of individuals across the arts, culture, and software sectors, from first-time prompters to marketing directors building custom workflows.

What people say

"
Such an engaging session that demystified and inspired a room of people with varied skill levels. Not an easy feat!
Kate Harriman, Head of Marketing, Nationale Opera and Ballet
"
Thank you for your brilliant session on AI. I found it incredibly useful and certainly pitched just right. We will be moving forward with putting the practices and training in place.
Director of Marketing, Theatre Company
"
Just how you approach the whole AI thing, making people feel that it wasn't scary. Your values, and your talk about the ethical issues, that went down really well.
Sarah Atherton, General Manager, Freshwater Theatre Company

My values

Realistic

Understand your needs, context and constraints. Focus on achievable improvements, not AI for AI's sake.

Practical

Identify genuine workflow applications for your specific role and organisation. Actionable recommendations.

Human

Ensuring that the technology serves people - keeping human creativity, strategy, and judgement at the heart.

My approach

Concept first, tool second

Understanding what AI can and cannot do, why prompts succeed or fail, and how to think about AI as a collaborator. When people understand the concepts, the practical skills follow naturally.

Experiential learning

People remember much better when they do. Every session includes hands-on practice with real tasks from your team's actual work.

Respect every starting point

Some of your team will have built custom GPTs or agents. Others will be prompting for the first time. My session structure ensures both groups can progress from where they are.

Build advocates, not dependence

The goal is internal capability. We also identify and support your most enthusiastic users so momentum continues long after our work together ends.
